Refund policy
RETURNS
Due to the exclusive nature of our collections, returns are accepted only on unworn items in original condition within 14 days of delivery.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale items
- Limited releases
- Final sale products
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are offered subject to product availability.
If an exchange is unavailable, a refund may be issued in accordance with our refund policy.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method used at checkout.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
